Sardines and Rice

Ingredients

2 small flat cans of sardines in oil

2/3 cup cooked rice

1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped

Directions

Combine all ingredients together in a mixing bowl, breaking up sardines into cat-bite-size pieces.

Serve immediately.
