AFTER-DINNER HOLIDAY COFFEE

INGREDIENTS

1/4 cup white creme de cacao

1/4 cup amaretto

1/4 cup light rum

1/4 cup whipping cream

1 1/2 teaspoons powdered sugar

3 cups strong hot coffee, sweetened to taste

Ground cinnamon

DIRECTIONS

Combine creme de cacao, amaretto and rum; set aside

Beat whipping cream until foamy.

Add powdered sugar and heat mixture until soft peeks form

Pour 3 tablespoons liquer mixture into each of 4 mugs.

Add 3/4 cup coffee to each mug.

Top each with whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon.

 

YIELD 4 servings
