Apple-Caramel-Pecan Salad

Ingredients

1 small package instant butterscotch pudding mix

1 (8 oz.) carton cool whip

1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple

1 cup mini marshmallows

3 cups chopped apples with peels

1 cup chopped pecans

 

Directions

In a medium bowl, mix dry pudding, cool whip and pineapple and juice. Stir in remaining ingredients and mix well.

Refrigerate until ready to serve.
