Bailey's

 

3 Eggs

1-1/2 Tbsp. Chocolate Syrup

1-1/2 Tablespoon Cold Coffee

1 Tbsp. vanilla

1 Pint Whiping Cream

1 Can Eagle Brand Condensed Milk

1-1/2 Cup Canadian Club whiskey

 

Blend first four ingredients for 30-seconds

Add last three ingredients and blend for one more minute

Keep refrigerated. Shake well before serving. Best served on the rocks

 

Note: Recipe total equals approximately a fifth.
