Boozey Beans
Ingredients
4 cups Pinto beans (canned)
12 ounces Beer
3 cups water
1 small onion, diced
2 teaspoon garlic, minced
3/4 cup tomatoes, diced
4 1/2 ounces mild green chilies
2 teaspoons cumin
1/4 cup barbeque sauce
Hot sauce (optional)
Directions
Add all ingredients to a large soup pot. Place on low heat and simmer 1 to 1-1/2 hours (or until the onions are soft).
Serve warm with hot sauce.
Note: They go great with grilled or smoked meats.
