BROCCOLI-CHEESE-SEAFOOD SOUP
         

        INGREDIENTS
        2 Tbsp. olive oil
        3/4 Cup chopped onion
        6 Cups water
        6 chicken bouillon cubes
        1 tsp. salt
        1/8 tsp. garlic salt
        2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
        6 cups milk
        1 lb. Velveeta cheese (cubed)
        8 oz. pkg. frozen egg noodles (optional)
        1 can clam chowder soup
        7 oz. popcorn shrimp OR 7 oz. can shrimp
        1 can cream of shrimp soup

        DIRECTIONS
        SAUTÉ onions in oil in 6-qt. pot
        ADD water and bouillon cubes
        HEAT to boiling.
        STIR in noodles and salt
        CONTINUE to boil for 3 minutes
        STIR in uncooked broccoli and garlic salt
        COOK 4 more minutes
        ADD rest of ingredients
        CONTINUE cooking until cheese melts
         
        MAKES 6 QUARTS
