Caramel Pecan Pie
Ingredients
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter, melted
3 eggs, beaten lightly
1 12 oz. jar Caramel Topping (Smucker's)
1 1/2 cups pecan pieces
1 9-inch pie shell, unbaked
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a bowl, combine eggs and sugar and stir until sugar is dissolved.
Mix in topping and butter. Stir in pecans. Pour mixture into unbaked pie shell and bake for 45 minutes or until set.
