Chicken Tom

Ingredients
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1/4 teaspoon Creole seasoning
1 tablespoon margarine
1 tablespoon olive oil
One 6-oz can mushrooms in butter
2 tablespoons chopped green onions, optional
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon white wine Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 cups cooked rice
Directions
Season chicken with Creole seasoning to taste. Lightly brown in melted margarine and olive oil over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms with liquid, green onions, if desired, and Worcestershire sauces. Simmer covered 10 minutes or until chicken is done. Serve over a bed of rice with steamed fresh asparagus as a side dish. Also good served over pasta.
