COLD PEA SALAD
INGREDIENTS
1
(17-ounce) can English peas
2
tablespoons chopped green pepper
1
teaspoon chopped pimiento
2
tablespoons chopped celery
1
tablespoon chopped onion
2
tablespoons diced sharp Cheddar cheese
1
tablespoon pickle relish
1
hard-cooked egg, diced
1-1/2
tablespoons Hellmann's mayonnaise
DIRECTIONS
Drain
peas thoroughly.and set aside.
Combine
next 6 ingredients and mix well.
Add
peas, egg, and mayonnaise and mix gently.
Chill
and serve.
SERVES 4-6
