Crab and Shrimp Salad

 Ingredients

l loaf white bread (crust removed, buttered, and cubed into 20 cubes per slice)

Butter or margarine (1 stick, softened, or enough for buttering 1 loaf of bread)

l large diced onion (diced)

4 hard boiled eggs (chopped)

Add the diced onion and chopped eggs

1/2 green pepper (chopped)

1/2 red pepper (chopped)

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate overnight

The next day, add ...

2 cans drained crab meat (drained)

2 cans shrimp, (drained and rinsed)

1 cup celery (chopped)

3 cups Mayonnaise (or more to achieve desired consistency)

1/2 teaspoon

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

Mix well and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Serves 6-8
