Crockpot Firehouse Chili

Ingredients

3 pounds lean beef, cut into 1/4-inch pieces

2 tablespoons onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

2 can (8 oz) tomato sauce

2 tablespoons chili powder

Mix together:

4 tablespoons chili powder

2 tablespoons ground cumin

1 tablespoon paprika

1/4 teaspoon ground oregano

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

Place first 6 ingredients in slow cooker. Cover and cook on high 1 hour. Pour spices over top of beef.

Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.
