Deviled Ham
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Ham, diced
1/4 cup Celery, diced
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1 1/2 Tablespoons Mustard (full-flavored like Creole or Whole-grained)
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Whisk together the mayonnaise and mustard in a mixing bowl. Place the ham in a food processor and pulse until well ground. Add to the mayonnaise mix. Place the celery in the food processor and pulse until well ground. Add to the bowl. Mix well.
Serve on bread or crackers. Refrigerate any leftover portion.
Makes about 2 cups
