FUDGE FROSTING

INGREDIENTS

6 tbsp. butter

6 tbsp. evaporated milk

1 1/2 cups sugar

1/2 cup chocolate chips

1 tsp. Vanilla

DIRECTIONS

Mix butter, milk, sugar, and vanilla.

Cook at low heat until mixture comes to a boil.

Boil for ONE minute. Then remove from stove and add chocolate chips.

With electric mixer, beat on high speed.

Spread on cake fast.

YIELD: Frosts one 9 x 13" cake
