GARLIC-HONEY MARINATED PORK LOIN
Ingredients
3/4 cup lemon juice
3/4 cup honey
6 tablespoons KIKKOMAN Soy Sauce
3 tablespoons dry sherry
6 garliccloves, minced
1 (3 to 3-1/2 pound) boneless pork loin roast
Garnishes: fresh parsley springs, sage leaves, lemon wedges (optional)
Directions
Combine first 5 ingredients in large shallow dish and add roast. Cover and chill for 8 hours, turning occasionally.
Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 40 minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted in thickest portion registers 160 degrees.
Garnish, if desired.
Yields 10 servings
