Grilled Cheesy Corn on the Cob with Garlic

Ingredients:

8 tablespoons butter

1 tablespoon seasoned garlic salt

1 teaspoon brown sugar

1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese

8 ears corn

 

Directions:

Prepare grill to cook on a medium-high heat.

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt butter with garlic salt, brown sugar, and Cheddar cheese.

Gently pull back husks on corn and remove the corn silk.

Replace outer husks, leaving one section pulled back.

Place each ear of corn on a 12-inch long piece of aluminum foil.

Drizzle one tablespoon of the melted butter and cheese mixture into the opening and over the exposed corn of each cob.

Pull up the remaining piece of pulled-back husk.

Wrap in aluminum foil and place on the grill.

Cook for 20 minutes, turning twice.

Serve in husk; if desired
