HEAVENLY HASH BROWNIES
INGREDIENTS
4 eggs, beaten
2 cups sugar
1-1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup margarine
1/3 cup cocoa
1-1/2 cups pecans, chopped
1 (6-1/4 ounce) bag miniature marshmallows
DIRECTIONS
Combine eggs, sugar, flour and vanilla.
Melt margarine and add cocoa.
Add to egg mixture and beat well.
Add nuts.
Bake in a 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
As soon as brownies are taken from oven, cover with marshmallows.
Return pan to oven until marshmallows are slightly melted.
Remove and pour CHOCOLATE FROSTING over marshmallows and
cool before cutting.
YIELD 48 brownies.
CHOCOLATE FROSTING
1/2 cup margarine, melted
1/3 cup milk
3 tablespoons cocoa
1 (1-pound) box confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon vanila
Combine margarine, milk and cocoa. Beat in sugar and vanilla.
