Horseradish Dressing

Ingredients

3/4 cup Catalina dressing

3 tablespoons prepared horseradish (I use Gold's Hot)

3 teaspoons lemon juice

1 clove garlic, minced

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Directions

Combine all ingredients and blend well. Cover and chill.

Makes almost 1 cup

Sandy's Note: I add 1 teaspoon strawberry jelly or preserves and blend mixtue in blender for a smoother dressing.
