KENTUCKY BOURBON BALLS

INGREDIENTS
1 c. chopped pecans soaked overnight
  in bourbon
1 c. KY. bourbon (in addition to that used
  above) Don't use blended whiskey; use real
  bourbon for the best flavor.
1/2 stick of butter, softened
2 pounds confectioners sugar About 4-5 oz.of semi-sweet chocolate bits

DIRECTIONS
Mix bourbon with one lb. of sugar.
Cream butter with other pound.
Then combine the two mixtures and add pecans.
Mix well.
Chill mixture till you can form it into small balls.
Melt the chocolate, preferably in a double-boiler.
Dip each ball quickly into chocolate, and place on wax paper to set.
