Lemon Buttercream Frosting

Ingredients

1/8 teaspoon salt

½ cup Crisco solid shortening

1/8 teaspoon Authentic Foods vanilla powder

1 ½ cup powder sugar

2 tablespoons lemon juice

Directions

Cream butter and shortening until fluffy. Add sifted powder sugar and continue creaming until well-blended. Add salt, lemon juice on low speed until moistened. Beat at high speed until icing is fluffy.
