Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

1 cup margarine

1 cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)

1 cup brown sugar

1 cup sugar

2 eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla

1 teaspoon salt

3 cups flour

Directions

Cream everything but flour. Sift flour and then add to creamed mixture. Roll into 1-inch balls. Press with a fork onto a greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 11 to 12 minutes or until very light golden brown.

Yield 4 dozen
