PEEL AND EAT SHRIMP

          INGREDIENTS
          2 Boxes Crab Boil Seasoning (in mesh bag)
          5-6 lbs. shrimp (without heads)
          2 lemons, sliced in rings
          2 small onions, quartered
          3 garlic cloves, finely diced
          1/8 tsp. Cayenne pepper
          1 tsp. salt

          DIRECTIONS

          Bring a LARGE pot of water about 2/3 to 3/4 full to a rolling boil

          Add salt, pepper, diced garlic, and Crab Boil Seasoning and return to a boil.

          Add the onions and lemons and shrimp.

          Boil for 5 minutes, or until shrimp is just pink.

          Drain and serve with cocktail sauce.

          NOTE: To complement this dish, serve Old-Fashioned Coleslaw and Southern Hush Puppies.
