Pepperoni Bread
(From Nick Sundberg, Executive Chef)
Note: Make this savory loaf in your bread machine.
Ingredients
1-1/8 cup Water (80 degrees)
1 tablespoon Olive oil
4 ounces Pepperoni, small dice
1-1/2 Tablespoon Sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon Basil
1/2 teaspoon Oregano
2 cups Bread flour
1 cup Whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons Yeast
Directions
Add the ingredients to your bread machine in the order listed above.
Set your machine for white bread with medium crust.
Allow to cool before slicing.
Makes a 1 1/2 pound loaf
