Pimiento Cheese
Ingredients
1-1/2 cups mayonnaise
1 (4 ounce) jar diced pimientos, drained
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon finely grated onion
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
1 (8-ounce) block extra-sharp Cheddar cheese, finely shredded
1 (8-ounce) block sharp Ceddar cheese, shredded
Directions
Stir together first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; stir in cheeses.
Store in refrigerator up to 1 week.
Great for sandwiches, spreading on crackers, or filling celery sticks.
