BEEF STROGANOFF
INGREDIENTS

lb. Round steak (3/4" cubes)

Tbsp. Olive oil

cup chopped onion
2/3
cup chopped bell pepper

oz. Can sliced mushrooms

garlic clove (finely mined)

10 1/2 oz. Can tomato soup
1
10 1/2 oz. Can stewed tomatoes (mashed)

Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

drops Tabasco sauce
1
cup sour cream
flour
(just enough to coat cubed meat)
DIRECTIONS
Dip
meat in flour and lightly brown in olive oil.
Drain
mushrooms and set liquid aside
ADD
chopped onion, garlic clove, and mushrooms
COMBINE
sour cream, tomato soup, canned (mashed) tomatoes and liquid,
mushroom liquid, and all seasonings in separate bowl and mix thoroughly.
ADD
combined mixture to meat mixture and simmer about 1 hour.
Serve
over rice, spaghetti, or noodles
