Quick Country-Style Spaghetti
Ingredients
2 (28-ounce) cans diced tomatoes
1 (16-ounce) can tomato paste
1 cup water
1 teaspoon dried basil
1-1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (not salt)
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon oregano
1/8 teapoon red pepper
3 dozen frozen, cooked Italian-style meatballs*, thawed
16 ounces spaghetti, cooked
Parmesan cheese, grated
Directions
Stir together first 9 ingredients in large saucepan over medium-high heat. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 40 minutes. Add meatballs and simmer for 20 minutes.
Serve over pasta. Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
