Pecan Pie

Ingredients
3
eggs
1
tbsp. all-purpose flour
3/4
cup PLUS 1 teaspoon dark corn syrup
1
cup sugar
1/8
cup rum
1/4
cup butter, melted
1
tsp. Vanilla
1
cup coarsely chopped pecans
1
9" frozen deep dish pie crust, unbaked
DIRECTIONS
Preheat
oven to 350 degrees.
In
large bowl, beat eggs with wire whisk.
Add
flour and continue to whisk until all is mixed well.
Add
corn syrup, sugar, rum, butter and vanilla.
Stir
in pecans.
Pour
mixture into pie crust
Bake
50-55 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Let
cool at room temp on wire rack.
