Salmon Loaf
(From Little Rock Cooks...Recipes Handed Down from Generation to Generation)
Ingredients
1 (1 pound) can salmon, drained
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
2 cups whole wheat bread crumbs
Pepper to taste
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon melted butter
1 cup milk
Directions
Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Turn into well greased loaf pan and bake 30 minutes in 350 degree oven.
Serve with white sauce or catsup.
Serves 4 to 6
