SALSA BURGERS

          INGREDIENTS:
          2 pounds ground beef
          1/3 cup pincante sauce (mild or hot to your liking)
          1/3 cup (1 1/3 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
          1 teaspoon pepper

          DIRECTIONS:

          Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

          Form mixture into 6-8 patties; layer patties in some aluminum foil and refrigerate to firm them up.

          Broil, grill or bake to desired doneness.
