Sandy's Creamy Cucumbers and Onions

Ingredients

2 large cucumbers, peeled and sliced

1 medium onion, peeled and sliced

1/2 cup salad dressing or mayonnaise

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup milk

4 tablespoons vinegar

4 tablespoons sugar

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions

Peel and slice cucumbers and onions and set aside.

Mix all other ingredients together and beat with electric mixer on low.

Add cucumbers and onions to other ingredients.

Cover and let set over night in refrigerator.

Serves 6
