Sandy's Luncheon Crab Salad
Ingredients
1 to 2 heads Bibb lettuce or Boston lettuce
2 medium tomatoes, seeded and cut or or sliced
1/4 pound fresh button mushrooms, thinly sliced
2 green onions, thinly sliced with tops
2 ounces sharp Ceddar cheese, cubed in 3/4" squares
10-12 black pitted olives, sliced
1 large can artichoke hearts (not marinated kind) , halved
1 to 2 (6-ounce) package frozen crabmeat (the more crabmeat, the better the salad)
Your favorite salad dressing (Caesar is great)
A few sprinkles of garlic powder
Freshly ground pepper
Dash of salt
Garlic-seasoned croutons
Directions
Select all ingredients for freshness.
Mix all ingredients together with the dressing, EXCEPT the croutons.
Season with garlic powder, salt and pepper
