Sandy's Zucchini Cakes

Ingredients

2 cups peeled and grated zucchini

1 cup seasoned bread crumbs

1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 egg, beaten

1 tablespoon Miracle Whip

1/4 cup onion, finely diced

Directions

Mix well and form into patties.

Fry in butter or oil until golden brown
