Shrimp

(This
rich entree combines the flavors of sherry and cream with seafood.)
Ingredients
1 1/2 pound large Shrimp, peeled, raw
2 tablespoons Oil
1 1/2 cups Cream
5 ounces Clam Juice (bottled)
2 tablespoons Sherry
1/4 teaspoons Paprika
Directions
Heat the oil in a large skillet. Add the shrimp and cook quickly until just pink. Remove the shrimp. Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil. Cook until starting to thicken. Return the shrimp for 30 seconds. Serve warm.
