Shrimp Linguine With Basil-Garlic Butter
Ingredients
2 Tablespoons Olive oil
1 pound Shrimp, large, peeled and deveined
2 teaspoons Garlic, minced
3 Tablespoons Basil, fresh, chopped
3 Tablespoons Butter
1/2 pound Linguine, cooked
Grated Asiago cheese
Directions
Heat the oil in a skillet. Add the shrimp and cook until just pink. Add the garlic and basil. Add the butter. Toss in the cooked pasta. Garnish with the cheese.
Serves 3-4
