OLD FASHIONED STUFFING FOR POULTRY
        (I've used this every holiday season for 25 years .... it's the BEST!)
         
        INGREDIENTS
        Cooked giblets from bird
        Broth from giblets
        1 bag of garlic flavored stuffing cubes
        1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
        1 Cup minced onion
        1 Cup minced celery
        1/3 Cup margarine or butter
        2-3 Cups milk
        2 eggs
        1 Tbsp. sugar
        Salt, pepper, and poultry seasoning to taste

        DIRECTIONS
        COOK giblets and SAVE broth
        MIX garlic flavored stuffing mix with Jiffy cornbread mix
        MINCE giblets and ADD to bread mixture
        SAUTÉ minced onion and celery in oleo in large skillet
        ADD milk to sautéed mixture and heat to boiling
        POUR sautéed mixture over breaded mixture
        ADD eggs (well beaten)
        ADD sugar, salt, pepper, and poultry seasoning to taste
        If too dry, add giblet broth. Should be very moist before baking
         
        SERVES 6-8
