TGI FRIDAYS 9-LAYER DIP

          INGREDIENTS:
          2 Strip Lean Bacon
          1 16 ounce can refried beans (plain)
          1/2 cup sour cream
          1/2 teaspoon taco seasoning
          3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
          3/4 cup guacamole
          1/3 cup diced tomatoes
          1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, finely chopped
          2 tablespoon sliced black olives
          2 tablespoon finely sliced green onions

           

          DIRECTIONS:

          Fry diced bacon until done, add refried beans and cook slowly

          and stir frequently until the bacon and bacon drippings are

          mixed through (about 15 minutes), and then remove from heat.

          Mix taco seasoning with sour cream and set aside.

          TO BUILD A 9-LAYER DIP

          Place ingredients in the following order on a shallow serving platter:

          Spread refried beans to about 1 inch thick.

          Layer 1/2 cup of the shredded cheese,

          Layer 1 cup sour cream,

          Layer 1 cup guacamole,

          Layer 1 cup diced tomatoes,

          Layer 1 cup diced cilantro,

          Layer 1 cup black olives

          Layer 1 cup sliced green onion.

          Add 1/4 cup cheese over top for garnish.

          Start diet the next day.
